Now offices. All that remains of a large Gothic mansion designed by the French
architect, Hector Horeau, and built in 1859. The mansion was L-shaped and
this was the north and probably service wing. Sandstone. The north portion
is of two storeys and three windows. To the south of this is a porch with
two storeys of large archways with a balcony at first floor level. The portion
to the south of this is of three storeys and one window bay. The southern
face is splayed with three windows. Cornice and parapet over surmounted by
pinnacles. Modern plate glass glazing.
