GV II

House. Early C19. Stuccoed, on ground-floor rusticated horizontally on
plinth. String-course over ground-floor. Wide flat wooden eaves soffit
to slate roof with end stacks. 3 storeys; regular 3 window front, glazing
bar sashes, on second-floor in wide raised surrounds with bracketed cills.
Central arched entrance with panelled door up two steps and plain fan-light.
Doric columned surround with open triangular pediment over.
