Cottage Mid C18, refronted in early C19. Red brick with grey headers. Flemish
band with tiled roof and 2 chimneystacks, right side are external. 2 storeys; 3
window spaces, the centres are blank with the words "Thorn's Flush C17". Early
C19 metal casements with tiled hoods. Central doorcase with 6 flush panelled
door with hipped tiled canopy and lattice with trellis. Right side elevation is
hung with curved tiles. Interior has 1 1/2 inch chamfered axial beam with lambs
tongue step. Open fireplace with built in seat. Brick floors. C19 plank doors
and bread oven. Back wall between house and outshut is in Rat Trap bonding.
