Outbuildings to Tyrells Farm House (q.v.), originally probably a brewhouse to
the Swan Public House, now Old Swan House, Old Bury Road (q.v.) C18.
Rendered clay lump or timber frame with some corrugated metal sheet cladding.
Thatched roof. A small rectangle on plan. A recessed boarded door and a
small 4-light window to front all under a hoodboard. Right end external red
brick stack with offsets. Exposed plates and purlins. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
