House. Late C17 or early C18, altered and extended C20. Timber frame,
plastered. Thatched roof. 2 cells. 1 storey and attic. Central entrance
with studded door, 1 and 2-light C20 glazing bar casements with hoodboards,
two 2-light dormers with pantiled heads. Right end external stack with twin
large offsets and flanking pantiled lean-to oven outshots. Left end extruded
stack tapering to cap. C20 lean-to outshuts to left and to rear. Interior:
exposed studding of thin scantling, stop chamfered axial binding beams,
straight braces from jowled posts to tie beams, cambered collars clasp
purlins.
