House. Late C18, altered and extended C20. Timber frame, roughcast.
Thatched roof. 2 cells with end stack. 1 storey and attic. Offset plinth,
central entrance in a C20 gabled porch, flanking 3-light glazing bar
casements, two 2-light gabled dormers. Left end slightly extruded stack,
rebuilt cap. Right end exposed plates and purlins. C20 extension to rear.
Interior: much timber of large scantling almost certainly taken from Westhorpe
Hall (q.v.), demolished c.1764. Through tension bracing, stop chamfered cross
axial binding beams, joists, storey posts.
