A late C15-early C16 timber-framed and plastered house with considerable
later alterations and renovated in the C20. There is a modern inscription
with the date 1470. 2 storeys, with a jettied upper storey on the whole
front on curved brackets with moulded capitals of former shafts. 4 window
range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has 3-light
sashes and 1 single light window. At the north end there is a C20 recessed
entrance way. Roof tiled. The interior has good carved ceiling beams
and joists.
