Cottage. C16 with later alterations and rear extension. Timber framed and
plastered. Thatched roof. Off-centre left red brick chimneystack. 2 storeys.
3-window range of C20 Tudor style leaded 3-light casements. C20 plank and muntin
door to left. Interior, jowled storey posts, arched braces to central tie-beam,
one brace now cut away. Stairs by chimney. Inserted ceiling with flat section
ceiling beams. Large chimneystack now blocked. Vertically boarded and panelled
doors with hand wrought hinges. Side purlin roof.
