Formerly Polstead Mill and now converted into a private dwelling. An C18
building originally timber-framed and plastered and now encased in red
brick. Roof tiled, mansard. The south-west gable is weatherboarded
with the loft hoist still in position, 2 wings extend north-west from the main block.
Two storeys and attics. Three window range of double-hung sashes with
glazing bars in flush cased frames. Three flat headed dormers on the
front, 6-panel door. A raised brick band extends across the front between
the storeys.
