A C13-C14 flint and stone church with a fine west tower with a castellated
parapet, diagonal buttresses and a staircase turret. (Circa 1300, Pevsner.)
The nave has V shaped buttresses. The south porch is C14 with timber
traceried archway and side openings and traceried bargeboards. The
south door is also C14, with quatrefoil borders. On the interior the
floor slopes considerably from the west end to the chancel. There is
a plain square C13 font on 5 pillars. Restored in the C19. Graded
for its architectural and historical value.
