A timber-framed and plastered building adjoining the Guildhall on the
south. At one time it was joined to the Guildhall internally. Probably
somewhat later than the Guildhall (1520-26) but now considerably altered.
Roof tiled. Two storeys. Two window range of casements. A central
doorway is approached by a flight of steps from the pavement, with iron
handrails.
