Formerly a range of dwellings and now 2 tenements. Two adjoining blocks
set at an angle to the curve of the road. The west block is C16-C17
and the east block is later C17. Timber-framed and plastered with tiled
roofs. Renovated, with modern fronts. Two storeys, Modern casements
and doors. Nos 49-53 (Hurrell Place) has a modern chimney stack in C17
style with saw tooth shafting. The interiors have good moulded ceiling
beams and joists.
