House and shop. c.1840. Flemish bond yellow brick; slate roof, gabled to left
and hipped to right; brick stack to rear. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 2-window range. Early C19 shop front has half-glazed door with
overlight to centre, 4-panelled door with overlight to left and 2-light plate-
glass windows framed by pilasters and outer brackets to moulded wood cornice.
Incised flat lintels over 12-pane first-floor sashes. Interior
not inspected. Included for group value only.
