Farmhouse. Late C16 or early C17 with alterations of c.1930. 2-
cell, formerly lobby-entrance plan. 2 storeys and attics.
Timber-framed and rendered with early C20 fan-pattern pargetting.
Plaintiled roof with massive axial chimney of gault brick. Early
C20 small-pane casements and glazed entrance door. A large open
fireplace to the hall and close-studding exposed internally.
The early C20 extensions to the north and west sides and the long
wing adjacent to North End Road are not of special interest.
