Drinking fountain and horse trough. 1910, in memory of Sir
Daniel Cooper, Bart. In the Baroque style, elliptical plan,
about 5 metres high. Portland stone, the trough of grey granite.
Raised on steps, the fountain is protected by an elliptical
entablature on 2 piers, each having pilasters and at the base
carved drapery. The whole is surmounted by an urn with drapery.
An exceptionally fine example of a monumental drinking fountain.
