Farmhouse now house. Early C18 incorporating earlier building and reused
material form Lower Exbury Church, altered C19, extended C20. Rubble
stone and brick walling, old plain tile roof. 2 storey, C18 building
L-shaped of 3 and 5 bay wings, to outside of junction of wings, C20 wing
added to form T-shape. C18 entrance front has 3 bay wing projecting from
LH end. To LH of centre bay projecting 1 1/2 storey porch with segmental
headed archway and round window over. Bell-cast gabled roof. To LH
2-light casements on each floor, larger on ground floor. To 2 bay to RH
similar. RH bay is blank stack bay. Ridge stack over LH bay and RH end
stack.
