Lodge to Hale Park. Early C19. Yellow brick, stone dressings, stucco decoration,
slate roof. On high plinth 2 bay wide, 3 bay deep with portico and steps on
front. Front onto drive has 4 steps up to Greek Doric portico with 'rusticated'
column, solid columns with fluting appearing at base and cap. Tetrastyle with
full detailing. Central half-glazed door with 12-pane sash each side. 3 similar
windows on side, all with Pylon architraves. Along sides low parapet. Central
ridge stack. Interior has original features such as reeded chimney pieces.
