Cottage. C17 and C18. Timber-frame with plaster infill, encased in flint with
brick dressings, roof thatched. 2 bay C17 building with C18 bay added to left
when encased, and outshot bay added to right in 1948. 1½ storey, 4 bay front,
with door replaced by windows at left end of right C17 bay. Windows all late
C20 leaded casements. On intermediate level at right end of C17 house, below
stack, staircase light. Eyebrow dormer with C20 casement over left timber-frame
bay. Roof half-hipped and outswept to right with large ridge stack rebuilt C20.
