House. c.1800. Red brick in Flemish bond, rear outshut in gault brick. Plain tile roof with brick end and rear stacks. 2 storeys. 3-window range at first floor of a central 6/6 sash with a 2-light casement either side which have Gothic-arched top lights. Similar casements to ground floor with a central door within open porch. Gable ends blank. 2-storey rear outshut has 2 2-light horizontal sliding sashes to first floor and casements below with further door. Small single-storey lean-to to side.
INTERIOR. Not inspected.
A little-altered small house of the period with unusual front casements.
REFERENCE. Marked on enclosure map of 1811.
