Cottage. c1700 with C20 alterations and additions. Thin, scantling timber-framed with large, irregular rendered infill panels, tiled roof and external rubble chimney at south gable end with rebuilt brick stack, 2 structural bays; single storey and attic with dormers; windows are all C20 casements; west elevation facing road has 4 ground floor casements and 2 gabled dormers. North gable end has 2 diagonal braces in wall-frame and a ground floor casement. 2 storey C20 extension at rear extending north east with main entrance.
