C17 timber-frame building with early C19 brick front. Nos 82 and 84 painted.
Slate roof with gable ends. Moulded eaves cornice, No 86 with modillions. 2 storeys.
1st floor 5 widely-spaced sashes with glazing bars, and flat brick arches with
keyblocks. Ground floor No 82 has somewhat altered early/mid C19 shop front with
canted window and fascia, No 84 tongue-and-groove boarded shop front, No 86 large
projecting Victorian shop front with 6 round-headed lights with carved spandrels
and central entrance.
Nos 78 to 86 (even) form a group.
