Cow house about to yards

Cow shelter, now cow house. Probably late C18. Timber-frame, weatherboards,
sandstone rubble rear and gable walls with pantiled roof. Five bays aligned
east/west. North elevation is weatherboarded with two ledged stable doors,
one to the right of centre and one to the left. Interior: four pegged raking
strut trusses supported at the front on posts; continuous stone trough and
feeding passage at rear. Forms a side of the farmyard of Great Moorcourt
Farmhouse (qv) and the nearby barn (qv). Included for group value.
