English garden wall bond to Rose Cottage, Flemish bond to
Farm Cottage, slate roof. Formerly 4 cottages each of 2-
storey, double-depth with a door to the right although the
doors to bays 2 and 4 have been blocked. Continuous outshut
to rear. The 2 remaining doors have heavy frames and
cambered brick arches. Total of 8 3-light casement windows
with stone sills and cambered brick arch heads. 4 late C19
ridge chimney stacks. Included for group value.
