Wall. C19 or earlier. Hammer dressed sandstone with wrought iron gates. Wall about 3
feet high with coping stones, running some 30 metres along the roadside and
returned at left end to form retaining wall to River Teise. Truncated at end right.
and to central gate by low saddled piers. Although C19 in character now, the wall
may be considerably older in origin.
