C17, extensively altered in C19. Plastered timber-framing. 3 storeys
with attics; part brick, tile roof; moulded wood eaves-cornice; central
projecting bay to 1st and 2nd floors, 2 lights in front, 1 light each side;
some glazing bars missing; hipped dormer window above. Late C19 shop front.
Sham timber-framing on the front. (RCHM 124).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
