C18. Well proportioned brick house. 2 storeys plus attic. 5 windows. Sashes
in plain reveals (no glazing bars in right hand bays). Good central entrance,
approached by flight of fourteen steps, having moulded architrave and entablature
and curved pediment; keystones to ground floor windows, string course at
1st floor, quoins end moulded cornice all in painted stone. Single central
dormer with moulded curved pediment, hipped roof of old tiles.

St John's Court (former Council Offices), Church of St John's, the Lych Gate and No. 14 form a group.
