House. C17 or earlier, C18 brick casing to ground floor on RH,
Gothicised and porch and W range early/mid C19. Timber frame, roughcast
at front and weatherboarded at gable ends, above red brick cased ground
floor, with steep old red tile roof. Painted brick single-storey W
range. Plum brick central porch with corbelled plastered upper storey. A
rectangular, 2-storeys cellar and attics, 2-cells, internal chimney,
lobby entrance plan house facing S, with a long single-storey W wing
with gable projecting to front. Front has 2 gabled dormers on roofslope,
2 2-light casement windows to 1st floor, a similar window to left of
porch on ground floor and 2 sash windows to right of porch with 6/6
panes. All windows have small panes and the top lights pointed with sunk
spandrels. Battened door in chamfered Tudor arched opening to porch
with small pointed windows to sides. Cusped bargeboards to all gables.
Large red brick central chimney.
