Circa 1850. Single villa of St John's Wood type. Yellow stock
brick, stucco dressings, hipped slate roof. Wide eaves cornice.
2 storeys. Symmetrical, 3-window main block and slightly
recessed, 1-window mid-late C19 addition on N. Thin-glazing-bar
sashes in moulded architrave surrounds, door with hood supported
on heavy console brackets. Chimneys to ends. Part of a
development by Squire Bosenquet from about 1840.
