A c.1830-40 detached villa of 2 storeys buff brick, square on plan with 3 bay
elevations. Plinth stucco plat band and stucco bed to flat eaves of hipped slate
roof. Brick chimney-stacks with grouped square shafts. Widely spaced revealed
glazing bar sashes with stucco architraves on ground floor. Enclosed stucco plastered
porch with side lights on round arched panels. Some late C19 alterations to windows
of side elevations. Two-storey partly roughcast rear service wing.
