Workhouse, built 1790, converted to cottage terrace in later C19.
Painted brick. Steep pitched mansard roof. Plain tiles. 4
ridge chimney stacks. Dentilled brick eaves concealed behind
modern guttering. 8 1st floor casements; 7 ground floor sashes,
all recent, but with C19 stuccoed lintels. 7 plank doors.
Central stone panel records: 'This Work House rebuilt Anno
Domini 1790...'.
