Circa 1700. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Red brick with brick plinth.
Moderately high pitched, swept, tiled, roof, with central, brick
chimney. Eaves broken to hold 1st floor casement windows in slightly
projecting box frames. 2 steps to later door at left under segmental brick
arch. Ground floor left hand window, under gauged, segmental, brick arch,
modern casement in old, flush, box frame. Right hand window modern.
