Early C17, timber-framed house in 2 sections. Right hand section has high
pitched, swept, tiled roof with central chimney, rectangular with revetted
angles. Moulded brick cornice. Red brick facade. On 1st floor two 4-light
and one 2-light casements in near-flush moulded frames. 2 ground-floor
windows under wide, segmental, gauged brick arches, with modern casements.
Cement rendered, left hand section of later C17 appearance. One window on
1st floor, 2 windows on ground floor, all C19 casements. Inside many
exposed beams, old plank floors and 2 old bread ovens.
