Circa 1800. Corner house of 3 storeys curving round corner to return
on Romeland. 3 windows, one on each return and one, curved, on corner.
Red brick. Moderately low pitched slate roof with hipped curve round.
corner. Ganged, brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars, flat on
returns and round-arched on corner. 2nd floor centre window blocked.
Corner windows and round headed door in giant round-arched recess, with
door in further recess. Painted, imitation fanlight over door.

Nos 11 to 16 (consec) form a group.
