Well-house. Mainly C19 with earlier origins. C20 doors. Roughly-coursed
ironstone rubble with ashlar imposts and lintel to opening with wrought-iron
doors. Roughly-gabled rpbble roof. Contains stone water-trough. Adjoins
rubble garden wall to rear which is of no special interest. A rare type of
structure in the region, the well is traditionally associated with the
Knights Templars, who held the manor of Bottesford in the middle ages.
