House. Early C18. Red brick, rendered and colour-washed, stucco, Roman
tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Rusticated quoins; rusticated quoins to
centre bay which breaks forward very slightly to 4-panel door with overlight
between paired attached columns enclosing semi-abstract floral pargetting
under similarly decorated segmental pediment. 2-pane sashes with sills
under wedge lintels. First-floor band. First floor: 3 similar sashes.
Stepped brick eaves cornice, end stacks, raised coped gables on shaped
kneelers. The interior contains an early C19 cut-string stair with turned
balusters and ramped moulded handrail but terminating in a heavy turned and
fluted newel from an early C18 stair.
