Town house now shops with offices c1820. Ham stone ashlar very shallow pitched
roof (? Welsh slate covered) behind parapet. 3-storey 3-bay facade, the
right-hand (No 37) being narrower than the other two, each end being defined by
rusticated pilaster strips. Modern shopfronts to ground floor. 3-windows of
12-panes (glazing bars to lower casements now removed) to first floor, set in
stone architraves; above separated by a string course, matching second floor
windows. Continuous cornice with shallow parapet over. The interiors not
inspected. This building included for group value.
