Granary. Possibly early C19.
MATERIALS: Timber-framed construction and timber weatherboards, set on staddle stones, all under a tiled roof.
EXTERIOR: It is a rectangular, single storey building with a hipped roof of shouldered fish-scale clay tiles. The structure is supported on twelve staddle stones. There is a large boarded door, on wrought iron hinges, on the east side; the north and south sides each have a small two-light window.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
REASON FOR DESIGNATION: The granary at Charcroft Farm is designated at Grade II for the following principal reasons:
* It survives substantially intact and is an important reminder of historic farm functions
* It forms a cogent grouping with the farmhouse and the bird house, which are also listed
