Detached farmhouse, possibly 2 cottages formerly. Early C18. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings;
double Roman clay tiled roofs between high stepped coped gables suggesting former thatch; brick end and intermediate
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Above, 2-light horizontal- bar casement windows; below, plain mullioned windows
with beaded and architraved surrounds; no window lower bay 3; between bays 1 and 2 an ashlar stone gabled porch with
Welsh slate roof, chamfered cambered-arched doorway, and C20 copy of this to lower bay 3 - a C19 door in the former,
and a C20 part-glazed door in latter. Lean-to garage against north gable. Interior not seen, but reported is original
2-room plan with gable fireplaces, a third room added later C18 or early C19. (VAG Report, SRO Unpublished, March
1981).
