churchyard, about 20 metres south
west of Church of St Michael

Altar tomb and railings. Early C19. Portland stone with white marble panels. In a Soanian style. Stepped base, moulded
plinth; plain panels each face with moulded tops with pediments and corner acroteria hauving acanthus decoration;
capped with fluted and lidded urn. Commemorates Robert Brown Russel, died 1832. Surrounding railings, set directly into
ground, of wrot iron with twist spear tops and urn corner finials.
