Farmhouse. Late C18. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiles on mansard roof, between coped gables; brick end
chimney stacks. 2 storeys with attic, 2-bay south elevation. 16-pane sash windows with voussoired flat heads,
keystoned; lower-bay 2 converted to French doors. west gable has early C20 entrance door in deep plain recess; modern
casements above at both levels; outshut to rear. Interior not seen. An unusual pattern for a house of this date in
Somerset (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1982).
