Cottage. Probably C17. Mostly rough render, apparently on cob, with some
random local stone rubble; corrugated iron roof replacing thatch; brick
chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 4-bays of irregular fenestration; windows
deeply recessed in rendered portion. C20 garage doors to bay-1, recessed
C19 pattern doorway bay-2; large C19 casement windows to ground floor;
smaller and earlier casement windows above, with traces of ovolo
mouldings in some frames. Indication of earlier and lower roof line on
West gable.
