Detached cottage. Probably C18. Ham stone rubble; thatched roof with plain gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys,
2-bay south elevation at right angles to road. Horizontal-bar casement windows, the lower set into segmental-arched
openings under 2 courses of arched brickwork; between bays doorway protected by concrete block and corrugated iron
sheet roofed porch; lean-to greenhouse to left of bay 1, and lean-to building with clay pantiled roofs against each
gable. Interior not seen.
