1871, former drinking fountain. Designed by the artist and author E V B (wife of
the Hon and Rev Boyle of Marston Bigot).
Tall crocketted shaft, octagonal, in Devon marble, with foliate cross at top. Large
moulded octagonal basin with central octagonal shaft base with floral capping.
Carved by a local man, Joseph Chapman.
