House. Early C19. Flemish bond red brick, hipped slate roof with wide eaves, 2 brick stacks. Two storeys, 3:1 bays,
20-pane sash windows with rubbed brick voussoirs. Door opening to centre of left 3 bays, semi-circular headed surround,
rubbed brick voussoirs, 3:3 panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars. "Tent" canopy verandah to ground
floor, fluted cast-iron supports to centre with decorative scrollwork. Interior with coeval staircase, stick balusters;
6-panelled doors; window-shutters to ground floor.
