Farmhouse. C15/C16, later alterations particularly early C19 and C20. Roughcast, steep-pitched pantile and triple-Roman
tile roof, brick stacks. Open-hall house, subsequently floored wing at right-angles to east end, attached C19 range to
south and dairy at east end. Single storey and attic and 2 storeys, very irregular fenestration; windows and doors are
predominantly late C20 aluminium. Interior of importance; virtually complete medieval roof with windbracing and smoke
blackening; large chamfered and stopped ceiling beams to ground floor; some early C19 features including glazed
cupboard, panelled doors, and staircase; east end with massive blocked fireplace including smoking chamber.
