2 C18 houses under 1 roof span, possibly one house originally. 2 storeys
and attic red brick. Hipped tiled roof with eaves cornice and 1 dormer.
Red brick stringcourse. 9 sashes with glazing bars intact and cambered
head linings on the ground floor. Shrubbery House has 2 blanks on the
1st floor, a doorcase with pilasters, flat hood supported on unusual double
brackets, slip rectangular fanlight and a door of 6 moulded panels, of
hich the 2 centre panels have been cut away and glazed. Cobb Hall has
a small square glazed porch added in the C19. On the ground floor of Cobb
Hall are 2 letters 'C' placed back to back.
