Farmhouse. Dated 1807 but probably mainly C18. Coursed squared ironstone, slate
roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range.
Central 6-panel door with overlight and timber lintel, a 2-light casement window
above. 3-light casements left and right to ground and first floors, all with
timber lintels. Quoins and stone coped gables with kneelers. Datestone in left
gable inscribed R/WO/1807. Painted brick, 2-window addition to right;
single-storey lean-to extension to rear. Interior not inspected.
