Cottage. Early C18. Coursed squared ironstone, thatch roof, brick end stacks.
L-plan. 1 storey and attic. Front to Banbury Lane has 4-panel door with
segmental timber hood on brackets approached by 3 stone steps with iron
handrail. C20 canted bay with hipped tile roof to right. 4-pane horned sash
window above. Plain bargeboards to gable. Quoins. 3-light C20 casement to right
side facing Bell Lane with timber lintel.
