3 houses. 1898. By Grayson and Ould. Plaster with some
brick, terracotta and tile-hung gables; hipped tile roof. 2
storeys, 4 bays, the 3rd and 4th bays project with gabled
jettied 1st floors on bracketed bressumers, 1st 2 bays of
ground floor brick with cornice. Windows have leaded
casements. Ground floor has 5-light canted bay window with
hipped roof to 1st bay, 2nd bay has 3-light window with
stone lintel, 3rd and 4th bays have 5-light canted oriels on
corbelled bases. 1st 2 bays of 1st floor has cross mullion
windows in gabled half dormers with crockets and finials to
gables and traceried parapets; 3rd and 4th bays have 5-light
casements with transoms and blind central lights. Entrances
have architraves and plank doors. 2 cross-axial stacks.
Left return entrance and half dormers, right return lateral
stack and hipped projection. Rear similar, gabled dormers
and privies.
