3 houses. 1898. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with plaster
1st floor, hipped tile roof. One storey with attic, 3 bays.
Timber band over ground floor. Windows have small-paned
casements, those to ground floor of 4 lights, 1st floor has
3-light flat-topped half dormers. Entrances have plank
doors. 2 cross-axial stacks. Returns have raking
buttresses flush with front. Rear similar.
